Processing method: Quenching- vacuum heating and pressurized N2 cooling Tempering- hydrogen is injected into the furnace after vacuum to create a reducing atmosphere. This can ensure that the surface of objects are not oxidized.
Advantages: Cooling and pressure of quenching can be adjusted in order to reach the target of reducing the numbers of objects with shape changes.
